The CHCAMS will host their Fall One-Day Clinical Conference for the community health centers’ multi-disciplinary care teams. As we continue the theme of community health centers leading the charge in advancing health of all populations, this conference will consider the at risk or vulnerable population.  There will be a focus on integrating culturally competent care into the clinical practice and treatment modalities for at risk conditions.
