Description:

FQHCs are committed to providing exemplary patient care with the desired result of favorable patient outcomes. And are called to facilitate understanding during patient interactions and provide appropriate educational and management opportunities for the plan of care. CHCAMS has a mission to provide the TA/training needed to assist in this process. This training will address models of care for prevention, focused management to prevent complications, and utilization of continuous glucose monitoring devices.

3.0 contact hours will be awarded for nursing

The Community Health Center Association of Mississippi is accredited by the Mississippi State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
