About Project H.E.A.R.T

The Community Health Center Association of Mississippi (CHCAMS) is implementing its Health Education & Advocacy for Resilient Transformation (HEART) Initiative. The H.E.A.R.T initiative represents a natrual progression and continuation of the CHEE Project’s objectives, building upon its foundation to further advance HIV prevention and support services across Mississippi communities. Through the HEART Initiative, CHCAMS aims to extend and deepen the impact achieved by Project CHEE, fostering sustained engagement, advocacy, and empowerment in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
