About Mississippi’s Community Health Centers
More than 200 clinic sites exist in Mississippi and are part of the Community Health Center primary care network. The Vaccine Plus Program is an initiative by the Community Health Center Association of Mississippi to support access to health care for the COVID-19 vaccine and much more.
Clinics that are part of a Community Health Center see all persons for comprehensive quality primary health care, oral health, behavioral health, and connect community members to other services, such as resources for food and employment.
Community Health Center providers are partners with patients. This includes monitoring and management of diabetes, hypertension, and any other conditions. Although all insurances are accepted, patients can be seen with or without health insurance.
